I've already filled in surveys with Arnold Clark regarding their check in process and also the service received. My car is a 2020 Mini F55 Cooper Sport 5Dr but on the Arnold Clark system they have keyed it as MINI F66 Cooper 3Dr.

I have to drive a long way when my car needs servicing. It is nice to be greeted by a friendly face when I arrive. The service is always done within the timescale given. I like the video
